A gentleman from All Plumbing recommended that I call you guys and Finley came all the way from Downtown Charleston to Moncks Corner and was honest and got all the information he needed. He relayed it to me and he had taken pictures to show me the problem. He was wonderful. Thank you for sending Finley and I will recommend his work and your company in the future.

Lee was wonderful! His work is impeccable. He is personable and impressively knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my plumbing issues and the repairs he executed. He was so friendly and professional. It was an absolute delight to have Lee in my home. We have been in a home renovation for months and months due to some water damage and it is so rare to come across a tradesman that you feel completely confident about, but Lee exceeded expectation. I will definitely be calling on Lee in the near future when we're ready to complete the kitchen. Gold standard service!

Booking the appointment was easy and the person helping me initially could not have been more friendly and helpful. The job (a sink replacement) was handled by Tyler. He quickly assessed the situation, left and purchased a sink, faucet, and water lines, and quickly returned and installed it. I was very impressed with his efficiency. Plus -- he is a super nice guy! Highly recommend!

I called the plumber we used last time to fix our toilet in the business I work for and they were not available til next Tuesday. Our business could not wait that long so I called the next plumber available in my area. Again, they were not available to come out until tomorrow. We couldn't wait. My next call was to Mr. Rooter, the guy came out within a few hours and fixed our issue within minutes, plus charged us half the price of our original plumber. Not only have I made Mr. Rooter our go to for our company but also for my personal home. Fast, affordable and friendly service! Can't beat that!!!

Mr Rooter sent a very pleasant man named Tyler. He was excellent and efficient. Tyler had to repair an item from another job that took the previous person over 2 hours to do. Tyler completed that same project with the same issues plus 3 other plumbing issues in less than an hour. Left my house spotless. I was dreading having this plumbing job done, put it off as long as I could, because of the time frame I thought it was going to take. Boy was I pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was done. I can not praise Tyler’s work ethics and professionalism enough. 🎉

We've used Mr. Rooter three times. In all three cases it was a bit of an emergency and they came out the same day. This last time we had a pipe that had frozen and burst, so if they hadn't come, we wouldn't have had water. Another good thing is there's no service call fee if you have them fix the issue, that's not true of all plumbers.

Zac was awesome. Called and they were here within 1 hr. All toilets were clogged and backing up in tub. Zac explained everything, was friendly and nice,, and kept me up to date on the cost of everything. Recommend highly. Will call them for any future issues. Thank you!!!!

Our Main Line was backing up into the house on a Sunday. Tyler was here within 20 minutes of me calling. He got the line unclogged even though he couldn’t find access to the main line and all was great. The next day it did it again. I called them back, they said he couldn’t get there today that it would be Tuesday. I was understandably upset because it’s Christmas and we have company coming, no toilets, no tubs no water. I expressed that to the lady on the phone. When Tyler found out, he reached out and told me he’d be here by 1:30 on Monday. I called at noon on Monday. He was here at 1:15. This time he put a camera down the toilet line and found the cause of the issues. He Dug up the front yard after finally locating the pipe and removed all of the roots that were growing into the pipe. It’s a temporary fix until after Christmas when we will have him back to put a new section of pipe and a Clean Out on the Main line. He showed me through the camera the before and after. The only reason he didn’t do the Camera the day before was because my husband declined as he didn’t want to pay extra and hubby thought the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend Tyler and this company. Tyler went above and beyond to help us. Thank you again!
